  • TechPort Objectives

Indian S&T establishments have developed a large number of technologies over a period of time related to their core area of domain expertise. Many of these technologies are relevant to non-strategic applications and hence can be made available for developmental and commercial applications. The deployment of such technologies is particularly absent in the developmental activities due to non-availability of information in a consolidated form and absence of structured mechanisms to bridge the gap between source and user end.

This website has been created as a first step to consolidate the scattered information on technology assets with various S&T Departments / Agencies and present them in a consolidated manner for easy and wider access by all categories of potential users, namely, government corporates, NGOs and public at large.
